Shipping policy

Delivery Information

Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Friday. Please note that we can also manufacture items to order and will always have a skilled artist available to personalize your items.

All orders are sent using a tracked courier service for your peace of mind and convenience. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your shipment. This information can also be found in the order section of your The London Christmas Company account.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us and the carriers of any specific delivery requirements. Unfortunately, shipping methods cannot be changed once an order has been dispatched.

For online orders, please allow the following delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery within the UK Mainland: 3-5 working days after the order is placed, assuming the item is in stock and not made to order.

  • Express Delivery within the UK Mainland: Available for orders placed before 1 pm if the item is in stock and not made to order. Delivery will be made the next working day.

  • Delivery to the USA: Exclusively handled through our dedicated US website: www.LondonChristmasCompany.com.

  • Delivery to the Rest of World: 7-10 working days after the order is placed, assuming the item is in stock and not made to order.

For personalized items, please add an additional 2-3 weeks to the above delivery times.

If the courier is unable to deliver the package, they will leave a card with instructions for receiving your order. Please note that we are unable to ship to military bases or P.O. boxes.

Shipping costs will not be refunded unless there is a fault with the product received.

Orders Outside the UK

Orders outside of the UK are exempt from sales tax, but local import duties may apply. These duties are the responsibility of the customer, and the rates and personal import limits may vary by country. You can find this information on your local customs website.

Please note that The London Christmas Company reserves the right to deliver sales items without branded packaging.

The London Christmas Company - Online and Store Returns Policy

We're confident that you'll be completely satisfied with our products, but if you're not, please follow the guidelines below:

  • Faulty goods may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the purchase date. If a refund is requested, we'll issue a full refund to the original payment method within 14 working days.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging along with the despatch note.
  • Goods may be exchanged or refunded if returned within 30 days of receipt of purchase, as long as they are in their original packaging and fully resalable condition. Proof of purchase is required.
  • The following items are excluded from our returns policy:  bespoke, personalised, and items altered to the customer's request.
  • For returns, please include a note explaining the reason for the return, unless the item is faulty, in which case it is the responsibility of The London Christmas Company. All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please ensure that all returned parcels are properly sealed, and for added security, we recommend using a recorded delivery service. We cannot provide credit for packages lost during the returns process if tracking or proof of delivery is not available, and we cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The London Christmas Company will only cover the cost of returns if the items were delivered in error, are faulty or damaged.
  • There is a strict no refund or exchange policy for The London Christmas Company items not purchased from www.TheLondonChristmasCompany.co.uk. Multi-brand retailers and stockists may have their own refund policies, and items bought in concession stores must be returned to their host stores for a refund.
  • For repairs, please contact the customer service number provided.
